After having been promoted to manager of these 3 great restaurants, our father and grandfather was responsible for nearly 1,000 employees. His tasks were purely administrative. Through this position, he learned a lot from the specialists in the field
and successfully managed several restaurants.

Upon arrival, he introduced these grilled specialties to the menu which have forged the establishment’s reputation for nearly 30 years.

After opening this restaurant, he added all-you-can-eat charbonnades, Chinese fondues and our famous grilled specialities to the menu – dishes that drive customer loyalty up to this day.

2005 Takeover of the restaurant “Le Tampico”. He appointed his brother, Pierre Niederhauser, as head.

2006 Following the death of our father and grandfather, Mr. Pascal Emil Henri
